RN HOUSE SUPERVISOR

About the role
Our RN House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift. This includes supervising nursing and clinical staff, ensuring that patient care is provided in an accurate and timely manner. This position supervises the care of patients ranging in age from adolescent through geriatrics.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complete facility operations during assigned shift
- Supervise nursing and clinical staff
- Ensure accurate and timely patient care
- Manage care for patients from adolescent to geriatric age groups
Qualifications
- Current license to practice nursing in Idaho
- Current CPR or BLS certification
- Three years of experience working in an acute hospital setting (preferably in a psychiatric inpatient setting)
- Supervisory/managerial experience preferred

Schedule
- Full-time days
- 12-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday (rotating days)
