RN (hourly) - Family Medicine

About the Role

Provides nursing care within a clinical setting, demonstrating leadership under supervision. Utilizes clinical skills and critical thinking to ensure patient safety, comfort, and timely care. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated care that enhances patient satisfaction and reduces costs.

Responsibilities

• Administers nursing care to patients in assigned areas
• Applies clinical knowledge and skills, including CPR, oxygen, and IV therapy
• Prioritizes patient needs and makes informed judgments for timely intervention

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved RN program
• Valid Texas RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum 6 months clinical experience (experience at the organization may substitute)
• Proficiency with medical equipment, computer systems, and EPIC (preferred)
• Ability to perform procedures like CPR, oxygen administration, and IV therapy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Specialty certifications in ambulatory care or related fields
• ACLS/PALS certification
• Over 2 years of ambulatory care experience
• Proven computer skills in Windows environment

Pay

Hourly pay ranges from $29.00 to $52.00.
