RN - Hospital Case Manager - Pediatrics

About the role

We are seeking an RN Case Manager to join our hospital-based team. This role facilitates interdisciplinary plans of care, guiding patients towards clinical, quality, and cost-effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs
• Act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in the development and evaluation of clinical guidelines and standards of care
• Utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and the collection and analysis of data
• Collaborate with patients, families, healthcare providers, payors, and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or equivalent within five years from the initial date of hire
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
• Three (3) years of recent clinical experience in specialty area
