About the role
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers
- Prepare meals and assist with eating
- Manage medications and schedule follow-up appointments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various environments
