About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN to join our hospice team.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to patients and families in their homes
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
- Experience with hospice care preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel to various locations within the state
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of hospice care protocols

Pay
Gross Pay (weekly): $2514.4
Taxable Pay (weekly): $1268.4
Non-taxable Pay (weekly): $1246.0
Schedule
Shift: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
