RN Hospice Director of Operations

About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with hygiene and personal care needs
• Help patients maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to supervisors
• Deliver medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Coordinate with family members or caregivers to ensure patient care continuity

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
