About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing services, monitor patient conditions, and respond to changes.
- Administer treatments and medications.
- Collaborate with families and care teams.
- Educate patients confidently about their care.
Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferably 1+ year of experience.
- Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
