About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients. Join a team dedicated to compassionate patient care, with a focus on safety, quality, and support for healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiating and revising care plans as needed
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring patient conditions
• Providing healthcare education and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Current health certificate
• PPD or chest X-ray
• BLS certification
• Preferably one year of RN experience
