About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician input
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring their effectiveness
- Respond to changes in patient conditions and communicate with healthcare team
- Educate patients and coordinate care, including discharge planning
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license for the practicing state
- Valid health certification, PPD or Chest X-ray, and BLS certification
- Preferably at least one year of RN experience
