About the role
Providing in-home skilled nursing care with a focus on 1:1 patient interactions, ensuring a manageable workload and high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient conditions
- Administer treatments and medications
- Collaborate with families and care teams
- Educate patients confidently
Key Duties
- Deliver personalized nursing care
- Respond to patient condition changes
- Promote patient education within a calm, low-interruption environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred 1+ years of experience
