About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home-based care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients, including those with GTube needs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and revise care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient condition by reporting to physicians or supervisors
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
- Review care plans to identify education, care coordination, and discharge needs
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Health certificate
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS certification
- At least one year of RN experience preferred
