Key Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician input.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and respond to patient condition changes.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnoses and goals.
- Identify educational, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license for the practicing state.
- Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of RN experience.
