Responsibilities include Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing processInitiating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs and prescriber inputAdministering medications and treatments, monitoring effectivenessResponding to changes in patient condition and reporting to physicians or supervisorsProviding healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning Qualifications Include Current RN license in the practicing stateValid health certification, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS cardPreferred: at least one year of RN experience Ideal candidates are compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting to changing patient needs.
