About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home healthcare for adult patients, primarily during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs and prescriber input
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors
- Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the practicing state
- Valid health certification, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card
- Preferred: at least one year of RN experience
