About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes or schools.
Responsibilities
- Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
- Initiating and adjusting care plans based on patient needs and physician directives
- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness
- Responding to changes in patient condition and reporting to appropriate medical staff
- Providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning as needed
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the practicing state
- Valid health certificate
- BLS certification
- PPD or Chest X‑Ray
- Preferred: at least one year of RN experience
