RN Homecare - All Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients with various acuities, including G-tube, Trach, and Vent dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Initiate and adjust the care plan based on patient needs and physician directives.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document outcomes.
• Respond to patient condition changes, communicate with healthcare team, and educate patients and families.
• Coordinate care, set goals, and assist with discharge planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferably one year of RN experience.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varied patient acuities.

Schedule

Flexible day or night shifts with varying shift lengths.
