- Assessing patient conditions and coordinating individualized care plans.
- Performing tasks such as vitals, wound care, IV therapy, blood draws, and injections.
- Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to update and revise care plans.
- Documenting visits, treatments, and patient progress accurately and timely.
- Engaging with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure quality care and address concerns.
- Managing discharge planning and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications and skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; no prior experience required.
- Valid RN license in applicable states (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin) with appropriate certifications such as BLS.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for travel.
- Physical ability to perform clinical tasks and frequent driving.
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
Schedule
PRN schedule, including weekend and holiday shifts.
