About the role
The Registered Nurse Home Health, under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and on order of the physician, is accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Professional development is an integral part of this nursing practice. The position coordinates patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.
Area coverage includes Salem, Albany, Turner, Dallas, West Salem, Lebanon, Corvallis, Philomath, and other areas as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages based on individualized needs.
- Follow the nursing process and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act.
- Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire).
- 1 year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting.
- 2 years of experience in acute care or community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent Home Health experience.
- Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment.
- Point of Care experience.

Pay
Pay range: $50.21 - $70.04 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full Time, 40 hours per week on Day Shift.
