RN Home Health - $20k Bonus

About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Monitor patients’ health conditions and report changes to supervising nurses
• Manage medications as directed by healthcare providers
• Perform light cleaning and organization tasks in patient’s home
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure understanding of care plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Passion for providing compassionate care

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Pay
