About the role
Join PACE Organization of Rhode Island as a Home Care RN, caring for older adults where they're most comfortable: at home and in the community. You'll conduct nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, manage safe transitions of care, triage participant calls, and mentor CNAs in the field, all as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- RN license from Rhode Island
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (community-based role)
- Associate degree in nursing required, bachelor's degree preferred
Qualifications
Pay starting at $38/hour, a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision), 403b with 3% match, 11 paid holidays, paid time off including your birthday, life and AD&D insurance, and flexible spending options. Pay

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 4:30, with rotating Saturday coverage roughly once every five to six weeks plus holidays.
