RN - HK - ICU - PRN - Shift 3

Responsibilities

• Identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment.
• Plans and delegates care based on patient needs.
• Evaluates the patient's response to care and the attainment of or progress toward expected outcomes.
• Accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
• Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• BLS certification required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
• ACLS certification required within one year of hire.
