RN - Health and Wellness Director

About the role

The RN - Health and Wellness Director oversees the health and wellness programs within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and promoting employee well-being.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all health and wellness initiatives including fitness programs, mental health support, and nutrition services.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee health and wellness.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate health and wellness programs into the organizational culture.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on maintaining good health practices.
• Monitor program effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or related field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and engage employees.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing health and wellness programs.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead team meetings and presentations.
