WK South GI Lab GI Lab Shreveport, LA Nursing Full-Time, Day, 0630-1500 Posted 10/09/2026 Req # 11234 This position requires critical thinking skills, pre-and post-assessment, as well as control monitoring of both pediatric and adult patients during procedures. Orientation and cross-training in this unit is specific to each individual, with experienced staff readily available for guidance. Experience in PACU and Critical Care is preferred. On-call hours are required. It is mandatory that applicants live within 30 minutes of WKS and have reliable transportation. Location flexibility may be required as staff is sometimes floated to other GI lab sites within the WK system. Support staff is an intricate part of the team in this unit.
