About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) position at GSS ND Larimore Ctr is dedicated to providing comprehensive, individualized nursing care to seniors in a Christian environment. This role includes responsibilities such as coordinating care, resident assessment, and various nursing interventions.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized care
- Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise
- Coordinates care, assesses residents, educates residents, and implements various nursing interventions
- Serves as charge nurse and delegates tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel
- Provides support to delegates to ensure safe and reliable resident care
- Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
Skills

Pay
$32.50 - $48.00 per hour, with a $30,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule
Full time, 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend and holiday rotation
