Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents. They collaborate with residents, families, and other interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. They care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The RN coordinates care, conducts assessments, educates residents, and performs various nursing interventions. They may serve as a charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including CCNE, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.

Pay

• $34.00 - $48.00 per hour
• $10,000 Sign On Bonus Available!
