About the role
The Residential Program is looking for compassionate RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The RN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.
Responsibilities
- Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
- Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
- Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques as needed to maintain the safety of others.
Requirements
- MA state RN license.
- Qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license.
- TB screening and Physical required upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter.

Pay
$43.50 per hour (part-time).
