Pay
- Up to $43/hr base rate
- $6/hr night differential
- $8/hr weekend night differential
- Sign-on bonus: $7,500 for full-time days, $15,000 for full-time nights
- $1,000 RN referral bonus for employees
Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
- Rotating weekends

Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical and behavioral health needs and coordinate care
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about health conditions
- Provide nursing care within state Nurse Practice Act regulations and facility policies
- Ensure physicians’ orders are legible and transcribed accurately
- Continuously assess and document patient status; notify physicians of significant changes
- Complete initial nursing treatment plans upon admission and update as needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of universal precautions in direct patient care
- Accurately administer medications and document controlled substance counts
- Complete admission and discharge processing efficiently
- Maintain therapeutic rapport with patients, respecting boundaries and personal space
- Provide direction or coordinate unit activities as directed
- Communicate therapeutically and professionally with patients, visitors, and co-workers
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or eligibility to practice
- One year of nursing experience; psychiatric, mental health, behavioral, or substance use experience preferred
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire)
- First aid certification may be required based on state or facility requirements
