What You'll Do

• Provide RN-level assessment, oversight, and interventions for residents during the night shift.
• Complete medication passes with precision and care.
• Respond to emergencies with calm confidence.
• Support CNAs and be the go-to leader for the night crew.
• Document like a pro—clear, accurate, and on time.

What We're Looking For:

• A Current RN license (Illinois) in good standing.
• A nurse who is cool under pressure, steady in emergencies, and compassionate always.
• A nurse who knows night shift isn't just "slower"—it's where independence and leadership really shine.
• The kind of person who doesn't mind their "coffee break" happening at 2a.m.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job.

Schedule

NIGHT SHIFT (11P-7A or 7P-7A)

Expectations

• Completes assignments/assessments in a timely manner ensuring safe care of residents.
• Documents results of care within facility policies, procedures, and scope of practice.
• Implements holistic plan of care.
• Demonstrates time management and task prioritization.
