Pay

• Salary Range: $32.50 – $48.00 per hour
• Pay Info: $30,000 sign‑on available

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to age‑ and population‑specific standards.
• Provide care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, deliver resident education, and perform various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring safe and reliable administration of resident care.
• Provide assistance and support to delegates to resolve care and service concerns.
• Practice within the scopes and standards of nursing as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and state administrative rules.
• Follow the Professional Nursing Practice standards, the ANA Code of Ethics, and related interpretive statements.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) – preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing – preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure acceptable in NLC states.
• Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
