TriStar Horizon Medical Center is an accredited, 150+ bed regional medical center offering a full array of services including cardiology, diagnostic imaging, emergency care, inpatient rehabilitation, oncology, orthopedics, and women’s services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center and a Primary Stroke Center, providing leading emergency heart and stroke care. Our satellite campus, TriStar Natchez, offers imaging, oncology services, and a 24/7 full-service ER.

Responsibilities

• Float across various departments as needed, providing high-quality nursing care.
• Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols.
• Maintain certifications and complete required training within specified timeframes (e.g., ACLS, BCLS, PALS).

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Instructor certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Instructor certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Instructor certification must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• No travel required.
