We are seeking a RN Field Case Manager - Nonskilled Division to join our Maitland, FL office and oversee non-skilled home care services. This is primarily a field position with occasional in-office time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate non-skilled home care cases, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
• Oversee daily office operations, assisting with scheduling, authorizations, and client communications.
• Conduct aide orientations, trainings, and supervisory visits to promote quality and consistency in care.
• Monitor compliance with all AccordCare policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve client satisfaction and caregiver performance.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the State of Florida (required)
• 1+ year of experience in home care or community health preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A positive, professional attitude and a strong commitment to quality care
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for occasional field visits
• Familiarity with AlayaCare software a plus
