Job Summary
Responsibilities & Duties
- Provides exceptional clinical care including wound care, medication administration, disease process education, and IV therapy.
- Ensures clinical documentation demonstrates medical necessity and reflects quality patient care.
- Sends OASIS and other clinical documentation in a timely manner.
- Communicates patient’s clinical needs to the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- 1+ years Medicare home health experience
- Valid Texas Driver's License and automobile insurance
- Knowledge of WellSky EMR software desired
