RN Fellowship - Acute Care Surgery

Role Overview

This position involves providing direct patient care in a high-acuity acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, safety, and quality care, including precepting new staff and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months RN experience.
