RN - Family Medicine - FT

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in delivering exceptional family medicine services. In this role, you will work closely with our family medicine providers to support patient care and ensure a seamless experience for our patients. This position offers daytime hours with a Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients
• Coordinate care, perform patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions
• Collaborate with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge
• Utilize appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in assigned clinical setting
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure
• Follow the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school or college of nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum, or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
• Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
• Nurses performing nursing practice over the telephone require licensure in the states where the patients being served reside
• Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area

Pay

• Salary Range: $32.60 – $48.65
• Sign on BONUS up to $20,000 for eligible applicants

• Shift: 8 Hours – Day Shifts
• Job Schedule: Full time
• Weekly Hours: 40.00
• Monday – Friday schedule
