RN Extern -PRN General Surgery/GYN

About the role

Assist with the care of patients as delegated by the RN with ADL's, perform patient care tasks and maintain a safe clean environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vital signs, accucheck, ambulation, simple (non-sterile) dressing changes, toileting assistance, patient transport to other departments
• Answer the phone, fax, prepare charts
• Provide secretary/clerical assistance

Requirements

Completion of first semester of an accredited ADN or BSN program. Currently enrolled in an accredited ADN or BSN program.
