RN Every Other Weekend Supervisor
The Lodge at Rocky Mount is seeking a RN Every Other Weekend Supervisor who is motivated and compassionate. We are seeking an individual who is committed to providing the best quality in patient care available.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the care for our residents through leadership and clinical follow up
- Ensure all resident assessment are completed in accordance to state and federal guidelines
- Identify and initiate process and quality improvements for the facility.
- Supervise assigned nursing and CNA staff
Qualifications
- Long Term Care experience mandatory
- Experience in leading a team and producing results a must
