We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Minoa, NY.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident care by scheduling and leading nursing staff
- Foster a compassionate environment supporting residents and families
- Respond to resident and staff inquiries with relevant information
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment by enforcing regulations
- Protect resident confidentiality and manage care documentation
- Encourage teamwork among healthcare providers
Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and positive team management abilities
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
