RN ER Days Contract (Cypress, TX)

About the role

The RN - Emergency Department will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive nursing assessments, assisting with examinations and treatments, administering medications and monitoring patient response, providing patient and family education, maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation, and delivering compassionate care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Requirements

• Active RN License (unencumbered)
• Minimum 3+ Years of Current Emergency Department Experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in high-acuity environments
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications (AHA only)
• Titers (MMR, Varicella, HepB) Vaccines: TDAP (every 10yrs)
• TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray Required
