As an RN Employee Health PRN, you’ll promote workforce well-being, maintain productivity, reduce absenteeism, and support cost-effective care by delivering clinical guidance, managing work-related injuries, and advancing prevention efforts. Your work will help create safer environments, stronger teams, and better outcomes for the colleagues who fuel our mission to care for and improve human life.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-employment and annual health screenings, immunizations, lab testing, and exposure tracking
• Assess workplace injuries and exposures, provide first aid, clinical guidance, and initial care direction
• Manage occupational health cases, including follow-up care, work restrictions, and return-to-work planning
• Investigate safety events, identify trends, document findings, and guide prevention efforts
• Educate staff on safety practices, infection prevention, injury reduction, and workplace wellness

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Colorado DORA or Multi-State)
• Driver License (DL)
• Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
• Five (5) years of experience
