Join one of the most respected Emergency Departments in Texas at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, a 636-bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level I Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Emergency Room RN seeking a fast-paced, team-focused environment where professional growth, advanced clinical practice, and exceptional patient care are prioritized.
- Level I Trauma Center
- Certified Chest Pain and Stroke Center
- Approximately 220 patient visits per day
- 50 exam rooms and 6 trauma bays
- Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment

Our Emergency Department Provides Care For a Diverse Patient Population, Primarily Adults With Occasional Pediatric Patients. Registered Nurses Are Highly Skilled In Stroke activations, STEMI activations, Trauma care, Emergency stabilization and intervention, Evidence-based emergency nursing practices. Success in our department is built on teamwork. RNs work closely with Emergency Department physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, registration teams, and support staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
