RN – Emergency Room (ER) - Hanford, CA – AUTO OFFER Contract
About the role
Adventist Health Hanford is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- Current Epic and Cerner EMR experience (required)
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current AHA ACLS certification
- Current AHA PALS certification
- Emergency Department experience required
- BSN preferred
- Ability to work weekends as scheduled
Facility Details
Adventist Health Hanford is a 173-bed Community Hospital with a 26-bed Emergency Department, 10 hallway beds, and 6 internal treatment chairs. The assignment is an EPIC Backfill with Cerner and Epic EMR systems, Pyxis medication system, and no call or floating required. Weekend coverage is required, with 24/7 pharmacy and unit secretary support, as well as hospitalist and intensivist coverage available 24/7.
Pay
The pay rate for this position is $70–$73/hour, with an estimated weekly pay of $2,520–$2,628/week for 36 hours or $3,360–$3,504/week for 48 hours.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is 3 × 12-Hour Shifts (36 or 48 Hours/Week) on day shift, with a start date of ASAP and a duration of 8 weeks.
