RN - Emergency Room
About the Role
Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency care in a dynamic environment at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC). For over 60 years, CRMC has provided compassionate, high-quality care in the Greater Brainerd Lakes Area, driven by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and putting people first. As an RN in the Emergency Department, you’ll provide direct and indirect patient care, ensuring each individual receives the highest quality of treatment according to medical center protocols.
Challenges include managing high-stress situations, rapidly changing conditions, and maintaining precision during emergent care. This role requires effective communication with patients and their families, often under pressing circumstances. Shift work is typical, requiring flexibility and adaptability to varying patient loads and acuity.
About the Emergency Room Department
In the Emergency Room at CRMC, we handle a wide range of cases—from critical traumas requiring split-second decisions to routine concerns that can’t wait. As a rural healthcare facility, we serve as both the first line of defense in life-threatening emergencies and the safety net for our community.
