RN - Emergency Department - Full Time - Days

About the role

Responsible for delivering patient care using the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality, demonstrating professionalism aligned with mission and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 26-bed emergency setting, supporting a team with patient care techs, paramedics, and support staff.
• Assess patient needs, perform treatments, and monitor patient status.
• Ensure compliance with unit-specific certifications and safety protocols.
• Evaluate the quality of care provided by colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license or compact license.
• Ability to lift/pull 50 lbs regularly.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), and additional unit-specific credentials.
• Experience preferred.
