About the role
Registered Nurse responsible for organizing, providing, and evaluating patient care in an emergency services environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic, compassionate nursing care tailored to individual needs.
- Exercise professional autonomy in making informed decisions to promote health and quality care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess concerns, develop, and evaluate care plans.
- Delegate tasks based on licensure and qualifications, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- BSN or ADN from an accredited institution.
- Current nursing licensure in relevant state(s).
- Certifications: BCLS (within 1 month), ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC (within 2 years).
- One year of critical care or emergency department experience within the last 5 years.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical leadership skills.
Schedule
0.75 FTE with day/night rotation and weekend/holiday shifts.
Pay
$45.03 - $68.87 per hour.
