About the role
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting, focusing on emergency nursing.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and delivering patient care through prioritization, delegation, and evaluation
- Applying nursing knowledge and following hospital policies and protocols
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to improve quality, patient experience, and reduce costs
- Creating a learning environment for patients, families, and staff
- Advocating for ethical, holistic, and patient-centered care respecting diverse backgrounds
Qualifications and Skills
- Current RN license in Washington State or Multistate endorsement
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Required certifications: BLS; ACLS, PALS, or equivalent as per department
- One year of acute care experience preferred; specialty certifications are a plus

Schedule
