RN - Emergency Department
About the Role
Join Net2Source Inc. as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Department, providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. This contract position is located in Jackson, MI, with a pay rate of $60 to $65/hr. The shift is 18:00-06:30, 3x12s, with weekend and holiday availability required. Floating to areas of equal or lesser acuity may be requested.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
- Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the health care team.
- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ED RN experience.
- Previous experience in a Trauma Level 2 ED.
- Nursing degree.
- BLS certification from AHA.
- MI RN licensure.
Skills
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Effective communication with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
