About the role

Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, providing direct patient care and coordinating multidisciplinary efforts.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans, assess patient conditions, and document changes.
• Serve as the primary coordinator for patient care across disciplines.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a valid multi‑state/Compact license.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
• Advanced Life Support certification within six months of hire.
• BLS Provider certification within one month of hire.
• Preferred: Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification.
