RN ED Psych

Seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 1 year of recent psych RN experience to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment. Responsibilities include: delivering high-quality, safe patient care; developing and evaluating care plans; monitoring and communicating patient conditions; collaborating across disciplines; educating patients and families; delegating tasks; and precepting new staff and students. Qualifications: RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a minimum of 6 months RN experience. Critical thinking, decisiveness, and ability to work independently are essential.
