About the role
This role is for an experienced Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse to join a float team providing care across multiple healthcare facilities. As part of the WellStar Enterprise Support Team (W.E.S.T.) Float Pool, you'll deliver patient-centered emergency care in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments, interventions, and treatments
- Administer medications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Respond to critical situations
- Educate patients and families
- Ensure accurate documentation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent ED RN experience
- Active RN license (Georgia or Compact)
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
