Athens, GA – Sign-on bonus available for this full-time, day-shift (7am-7pm) Dialysis RN position.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Function within organizational policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care.
- Patient ratios are determined by volume and acuity of patient needs; extenuating circumstances may require adjustments.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred).
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- No prior experience required; new graduates eligible.
- Nursing experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
- 1 year in a hospital setting (preferred for PRN positions).
- Advanced certification in specialty, if applicable.
