RN Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis Team and provide specialized care to patients requiring hemodialysis treatment. As a Dialysis RN, you will play a critical role in managing complex patient needs, monitoring treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest level of patient safety and quality outcomes. What You'll Do: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients receiving hemodialysis treatments. Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and disease management. Collaborate with physicians, nephrologists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
